Hi, I’m Alessandra!

I’m a Producer specialising in Outreach, Community Partnerships, and Young Talent Development.

I’m based in London, but I bring a global perspective to all of my work within the subsidised theatre sector.

My 2026

I’m the Outreach & Partnerships Producer for the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre, where I design and deliver creative programmes for children, young people, and adults of all backgrounds and abilities.

This year, that included being seconded to Hammersmith & Fulham Council to develop London's first ever Young People's Borough of Culture!

I’m part of the inaugural cohort of the Imogen Kinchin Fellowship, which recognises and supports the next generation of performing arts leaders.

I’m also the Co-Chair of the London Theatre Consortium’s Creative Learning group, and the current Trainee Trustee at Theatre Deli.

For my freelance work, I’ve produced Manchester Drive at Theatre Peckham, which was the inaugural recipient of the Romi Award! I also facilitated on the Young Makers programme for Guidelines for the New Diorama Theatre.

I’ve guest lectured on the BA (Hons) Drama and Theatre Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London.

I’m Italian and Vietnamese, born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In the decade I’ve been in the U.K, I’ve been working in participation and learning across large scale theatres, artist-led companies, fringe venues and festivals, both regionally and in London.

I believe every child should experience going to the theatre and having theatre brought to them. I see the impact of creative expression on people of all backgrounds and abilities every day.

I’m proud to have contributed to the National Plan for Drama and Theatre Education, and was honoured to be nominated for Arts Hero at the Sky Arts Awards in 2026 by project alumni and the Facilitators and Directors I’m lucky enough to work with!
